"Yes," he insisted, but he was grinning like an idiot and still pulling at Hudson's lapels. He didn't wait for Hudson to decide whether he meant it; he closed the distance between their lips and kissed him deeply. He sighed against Hudson's mouth, blissful. Then he broke off again, biting back a mischievous smile. "Don't you dare get me hard before we go back in."

"No promises whatsoever." He laughed outright, if quietly, at that. "I can always take care of that quickly, in the event." Might be a little too chilly for that, but he wasn't strictly opposed. Still all he did was capture Dempsey's mouth again and kiss him recklessly, pulling him in close, consequences be damned for the moment.
