Welcome to Charming, where swirling petticoats, the language of flowers, and old-fashioned duels are only the beginning of what is lying underneath…
After a magical attempt on her life in 1877, Queen Victoria launched a crusade against magic that, while tidied up by the Ministry of Magic, saw the Wizarding community exiled to Hogsmeade, previously little more than a crossroad near the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.
Thethe year is now 1895. It’s time to join us and immerse yourself in scandal and drama interlaced with magic both light and dark.

[Appropriate salutation],
I write with tragic tidings: my dear Elliot, who has been these ten years my constant companion, breathed his last yesterday evening. He did live some time for a rabbit, though I had of course hoped he might live forever. He shall be remembered in a funeral on Monday afternoon, and I hope that you will attend.
I am so sorry to hear about Elliot. Of course I shall be there on Monday, I would feel horrible if I did not have a chance to say good bye to him. The dorm will be so quiet with out his quiet thumps. If you need anything for Monday please let me know.
I am quite saddened to hear of the passing of our dear Elliot the Rabbit. I will be there on Monday and do let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I am sure you are quite sad as he was with you for ten years. I hope you take comfort that the fact he lived so long a life was a testament to the loving, excellent care that you provided.
