Further to our conversation the other day regarding your wife's health, I've enclosed some literature that might serve you both before the arrival of the newest addition to your family. Please make sure that she sticks to the routines of tonics set out by us at the clinic, as they're crucial to ease the severity of her morning sickness.

We'll expect you at our clinic Saturday next, at approximately 12 o'clock.

Your owl has gone astray. I have returned your literature, enclosed, but attn: the pamphlet regarding wormswood - is that quite sound? I was unaware of any relevant research on the subject; I would think it would only aggravate the condition if administered as described.
