A young woman has been reported missing from Hogsmeade. Persephone Broadmoor, 21 year old daughter of Augustus and Millicent Broadmoor, was last seen in the late afternoon hours of January 28th visiting Wizzhard Books. She left the establishment and was presumably en route to her Bartonburg home, but never arrived there. Her family reported her missing that evening and have heard no word of her whereabouts since.

The cause of Broadmoor's disappearance is unknown, but abduction has not been ruled out. Augustus Broadmoor has a career in law enforcement, which may have provided motivation for a criminal to interfere with his family. Additionally, those close to Miss Broadmoor have reported that there was nothing strange in her behavior in the days leading up to her disappearance, which leads authorities to believe it unlikely (though not impossible) that she ran away.

The auror's office has opened an inquiry into the issue and anyone with knowledge that may lead to the current whereabouts of Miss Broadmoor is encouraged to come forward immediately.
