My father noted your recent missive in the Daily Prophet Classified, and wondered if it might be possible to get some information on the land for sale in Irvingly.  While my father will be completing the transaction, he thought you might feel more comfortable exchanging letters with me, until we are down to brass tacks.

* The Size of the land,
* Its Location, in relation to the rest of the village? Is it on the outskirts of the village?
*Are there easements, or other restrictions on the land that came with the ministry holding?
*Had you a price in mind?
