Hello From the Other Side
I'm not 100% yet, but it was a good weekend and I managed to do some writing and enjoy it. This will be slow going and I am going to leave my absence up for a bit, but I don't want to keep anybody hanging on anything. I think I am in a better place and in order to stay there, here is my plan. For my own mental health, I need to cut back, down to ten or so. I am also going to allow myself one new character, a new gent, to scratch that new-character-excitement itch, so this is what I plan to do. I'm trying to balance out some other hobbies, keep up with my book club books and maybe start writing one of my own? Undetermined. I will probably continue to be mostly inactive during the weekdays, unless something super musey pops up, but I’m hoping to use that time to read and for my other hobbies so when the weekend rolls around I’ve got the capacity to post.
Summertime may see me have more availability/bandwidth, so it’s likely some of these are temporary. I’m going to try really hard to stick to these boundaries for myself for a few months, but if you reach out to me privately I will do my best to work with you!
I apologize if I go for the easier/more muse-inducing things at first, I'm trying to ease back in, but I will get around to everything as soon as I can. I appreciate everyone's continued patience while I sort myself out!

On Probation - I love them, but I can’t justify them unless they have things going. They have a hard deadline of the last week of April (my spring break) for me to find something with them. I do not want anybody to feel pressured whatsoever into helping me keep them unless something genuine pops up.
- Harvey - he gets time since I just brought him back for ~reasons.
- Jack - has a couple things going, so is probably good?.
- Mason - I feel like he’s such a staple for me, but he is kinda stagnant? He is most likely going to stay, as he has some tentative plans, but he needs something or someone to do soon or I will ax murder him out of frustration.
