General | Lannister stands at a height of 5 foot and 6¾ inches. His brown hair typically needs styling spells - done by those in his employ - simply to keep orderly, otherwise looking forever ruffled. His eyes are a bright blue.

Expressions | While he keeps himself in order, he is a rather expressive young man. His emotions can be seen clearly on his face unless he truly tries to help it.

Deportment | His posture is immaculate after years of keeping up with his stature. He carries himself in a way that would make a governess proud. Though, when in deep thought, his leg tends to shake when he is sitting. He typically won't notice until someone mentions it.

Fashion | Lannister is an adaptive creature and keeps up with the times of modern fashion. While mysterious by nature, he has always made attempts to put his best foot forward.

Accessories | Over the years, he has grown a rather impressive collection of pocket watches. He will wear different ones for different occasions when it suits him.

Scent | While he does wear cologne when appropriate to the times, he may smell a hint of blood if one gets close enough.

Distinguishing Characteristics | Along with the typical vampiric traits of pale skin and sharp fangs, he has a scar on his hand that he doesn't talk about and will not give answer when asked. He finds such questions rather rude.

History:

The Time Before

October 4, 1337 Lannister is born as Matthew James Williams to halfblood parents as the only child to his family. The family is incredibly nice, caring, and loving.

1342-1356 Father is a successful business man who takes Matthew under his wing in the business at an early age. Matthew doesn't mind. He loves watching his father run a business, though kept out of business meetings until he is older.

Even during his Hogwarts years, summers are spent under the guidance of his father. Matthew takes to the learning of such dealings like a natural and slowly begins accompanying his father to meetings and giving input when allowed.

Spring of 1357 The family is struck by a magical fever that stumbles the healers to no end. By mid-spring, mother is gone. Father follows after just before summer. This leaves Matthew - still recovering from this illness - to both grieve and manage a company that he has spent his life learning about.

1358-1363 Matthew works to expand the company. Through careful consideration, he invests in an additional company. Being careful about this decision pays off and he make more money annually than his father had through the man's entire career.

1364 Everything was going well, settling. The businesses were steady and stable. By now, Matthew finds himself debating if marriage is the right move to further preserve the legacy. Then he is turned. It had only been a simple walk. An auror had blasted the damn vampire away.

The Adjustment

1364-1891 He finds himself upended from his own life. To protect the company, he distances himself by leaving the country for France and handling the businesses from abroad. After careful money management, these steps seems to appease investors. But the biggest change comes when it is suggested that the title "changes hands". Money is set aside and eventually, his name is changed to further distance the company from the incident.

Lannister cannot genuinely recall by now if this was his idea or that of an associate. With the owner of the companies being abroad, who could truly recount what the circumstances of his departure meant? Make no mistake, Lannister is a registered vampire, though he keeps his affairs private.

Over the years he has had several lovers, both human and non. Never truly getting close to anyone. Oh, but the parties. Most nights, he isn't even there. But it keeps up both the image and the mystery. Several make their guesses. Was he truly turned? Or is this an eccentric family that revels in the audacity? What has he been up to since his departure from England? This is especially speculated among those of the upper circles that enjoy the repeated partied at his various estates.

1892 Privacy and the mystery of it all grows old. It's taken years for Lannister to reach the conclusion that he genuinely wants to be more involved among society. By now, it would almost fully be the magical society. He wouldn't be able to stay long if he actively involved muggles in all of this. His parties are likely more to the liking of the rich eccentric - for the simple fact that he is a vampire - but some more charitable figures likely tolerate Lannister's existence to attend the charity events. Though, there are those outside this realm. The curious, those who simply love a good party. The type of guest typically depends on the party itself and the changing year. Lannister sets to arrive before the social season and get settled.

Personality:

IN PUBLIC: Lannister is rather private - which keeps with the mysterious allure. But when one actually approaches him, he comes off as aloof and friendly. Always with a whimsical air.

IN PRIVATE: When one truly gets to know him, they will find a passionate and genuinely kind man. He may keep to himself, but he is incredibly generous and loyal. It is simply rather difficult to be close to the fleeting lives of those around him.
