Is your thread in want of a little pick-me-up? Are you struggling for inspiration? Whether you feel like playing it safe or throwing your character to the figurative (or not) wolves, you've come to the right place! Submit your request, sit back, and watch the subsequent drama unfold before you.

You have a choice to request either a thread starter or an intervention for a pre-existing thread and from there a member of staff will use the information provided to conjure up a plot twist or an abnormal setting for your thread. Goodbye humdrum meet-and-greets! Of course some people would rather not see their character suffer a sudden loss of limb, contract dysentery, or suffer an abrupt fatality and so the level of intervention will come in varying levels of daring.

1 — a very tame intervention, perhaps a stray dog appears or your characters find a satchel of galleons.
2 — now we're getting a little more adventurous but no permanent bodily/reputational harm. A pickpocket may have robbed your character or maybe their drink was spiked with a mysterious potion.
3 — you have entirely surrendered your character to the whims of The Fates. Anything could happen. Please do not request a 3 if your character already has threads set at a later date.

Simply fill out the applicable form and PM it to The Suggestionizer to get the ball rolling. Before you submit your request, however, please make a note of the following:

— Always seek permission from your thread partner(s) first.

— It is your responsibility to communicate what you are and are not comfortable with.

— If you're after a specific intervention you should use the NPC account.

— Unless your thread takes place in a private residence, your random event may result in rumors!

— Once the intervention has been made it cannot be retracted.

— Giving permission to kill your character does not guarantee death but also they might die.
