Frida was by no means a stellar duelist, but quickly convinced herself she ought to be able to defeat a third year. Her knowledge of the younger Mr. Urquart was limited to familial recognition and his reputation for arrogance, neither of which was especially intimidating given the nature of the competition. Most arrogance, in her opinion, was misplaced; only those who felt a need to prove something to the world needed to flaunt their strengths.
