He should also be on friendly terms with Regina Pendergast because they would run in the same circles as much as literal children could! I also have his brother's best friend, Abraxas Crabbe. Basically, you're forced to be with me sorry not sorry 
The Later:The most important: I am officially dibsing boat space on the way to Hogwarts with Lil Phinny for Jameson Potter for obvious reasons. Also, depending on what house he is in, Rex (above) and Philippa Rowle will be at-school connections!
