Meet Phinny 2: Electric Boogaloo. His real dad was Minister of Magic before he was murdered. The person he thinks is his dad is Headmaster. I might need a chart to figure out who he's secretly related to. XD But he's here, and he's destined to be the family disappointment, so he nees things. Smile

Friends. He probably mostly socializes with other PB kids his age, and honestly, given his upbringing is probably at least a soft purist atm, but like. <.< Also primed and ready to be radicalized into being very liberal, let's be honest.

Family. Family he knows. Family he doesn't know is related to him, for the dramatic irony. Come at me.

Literally anything else. I'm down for most things!

The Now:
Rufina Mulciber is his mother's best friend, and so he would also have a built in bestie (or frenemy depending on how they vibe) in her nephew/ward Rufus Wilde who someone should play. He should also be on friendly terms with Regina Pendergast because they would run in the same circles as much as literal children could! I also have his brother's best friend, Abraxas Crabbe. Basically, you're forced to be with me sorry not sorry Wink


The Later:
The most important: I am officially dibsing boat space on the way to Hogwarts with Lil Phinny for Jameson Potter for obvious reasons. Also, depending on what house he is in, Rex (above) and Philippa Rowle will be at-school connections!


The Additional Possibilities:
Is Wystan Pomfrey your doctor? Have you been attacked by a hat rack and need Gideon Browne's assistance? Feel like getting kidnapped and having a very cranky Christopher Moony rescue you? Frankly the world is your oyster here xD

Oh nooo I get all the Kayte threads forever. XD I think I can handle that. <3 100% on board with everything, including and currently especially Jameson things. XD

Also now I want him to get attacked by some improbable-and-obviously-enchanted object so he ends up at the hospital. Because a childhood without ridiculous mishaps and bodily injury is a boring one. or you're me and let your friends do the stupid things while you stood lookout.

I notoriously have no child characters but I can offer Ben Crouch, Flight Instructor for the fall and J. Alfred Darrow, Sailing Instructor for the summer, if he's inclined to hang around the Sanditon.

Also he's not played rn but Thom Pettigrew has gone through phases of giving all the Black kids gifts like he's a more present version of their dad and he has two kids who are somewhere vaguely in this age range.

Sounds good to me! Maybe a Sanditon thread over the summer? ...Which is much closer than I realized how is it already mid-May.

Phineas Black is a terrible father and I am sorry, but that's the truth of it. I think he doesn't suspect anything about PJ (sorry can't help myself) but regardless he's an asshole and while I love this about him, it does not endear him to the masses. XD

Bahaha, I love him, but I am perhaps not the best judge of fictional people. XP Regardless, Phin's feelings are... what I'm getting from him at the moment is "it's complicated," which, like, fair.

Margaret Wallace will be in his year group as a WCMB she is basically the opposite in breeding so he might look down on her as a soft purist, but she's there for threads and potentially be bullied before he has his move towards more liberal views.

I don't think he'd bully her, but he'd probably definitely be uncomfortable around her and I can't promise he won't say something uncouth without realizing it. XD But I'd be down for a summertime thread if you are!
