I'm not sure how he and Derek would interact? I could see them getting along reasonably well if they did, but not a ton of overlap between different job areas , bit of an age gap, etc. The best connection actually might be that Derek works at the same hospital as Rosalie does? (Unless you have decided jobs for Derek's siblings and there's some connection there!)
