CiCi is not a rebellious debutante by any stretch of the imagination; she's just got ideals and a dream for what the future should look like. And it doesn't look like it has for the past century. She is forward-thinking and determined to see a better life (at least in the magical world) for women in her lifetime. She also has it in her mind to see the marriage ban between humans and non-humans repealed, though that doesn't affect her directly. She doesn't think it's right for policy to decide what real love looks like.

Feminist Debutante
As this is the Victorian era, CiCi has no real words to explain her interest in women. She does, however, have an attraction to one of her female friends from her school days. Whether these feelings are reciprocated (or ever acted upon) is uncertain.
Friends: Non-purist, obviously. She likely has a close group of friends from her year, one above, and one below, who participated in her letter-writing campaign against the half-breed ban, primarily upper class. She is also friends with Clementine Greengrass, a more recent development, and supports her feminist ideals.
Hurling: I may have plans for her; stay tuned.
