Friends:
Clifford is a fairly easy person to get on with. He is a bit of a people pleaser and enjoys being in the company of others. He tries to help if he feels capable of doing so. He would probably have stayed in contact with friends from school and some former classmates would be awesome to bounce him off.

Students:
Clifford loves having the students in the library as long as they are respectful of the standards. He is willing to help with their studies or help them find books to expand their learning. He is also willing to lend a ear if they need to vent, within reason.

Hurls:
Clifford does not care if he marries. He is more then happy to keep working his life away and supporting his family, mostly his sister. If he marries, he wants it to be for love like his own parents. In terms of plottage, this means I would be willing to toss him at potentials, but it will need to be explored in character to see if there is a connection.

Friends:
Victoria is rather shy towards new people and people she has yet to bond with. But if someone persists and gets past her walls, Victoria is a true friend. She is loyal, kind and willing to help in anyway possible. At school she had a few close friends who did not mind her consistent need to be studying. Now that she doesn't have to worry about keeping a schooler ship, it would be nice to see her develop friendships that make her have more of a social life.

Co-Workers:
At work Victoria is always professional and willing to help in the right ways. It would be nice for her to have some interactions from members of the Magical Law Enforcement areas.

Hurls:
Victoria is open to anything. Have a rich man looking to piss off his family? Unrequited love story? There is only one covariate, Victoria is heterosexual - so if its a women who fancies her it won't go anywhere, but this could still be a storyline to explore. Honestly open to anything, would love to cause some drama.

The Academic Slackers

• Cameron Gillenwater is notorious for not caring about his classwork, but that's all changed since he's decided he wants to become a healer. Sort of. He's definitely more conscious of his grades and now feels guilty when not trying. I can see him looking for help in the library. He's been saddled with a lot of drama this year, too, so he Clifford might take notice of his attitude.
  
• Henry Meadowes is not really a slacker but he's also not the smartest student, so I imagine he's spent some time in the library.

The Academic Achievers

• Holly Scrimgeour has headcanons that the librarian has tried to stop her from checking out the amount of books and the type of books she's wanted, so whether or not you want to turn that into an actual feud is up to you. She's very inquisitive but also a little bitch.
  
• Frida Lestrange is always looking for history books. As is Justice Rookwood.
  
• Edmund Evermonde is always trying to find inspiration for his art by scouring the library for illustrated editions of... everything.

Everyone Else

• Flora Mulciber, a third year Slytherin with a knack for Herbology and Transfiguration. She also has a pet toad who she always keeps close by.
  
• Hortense Selwyn is a second year who... isn't very established but I'd like to get her to that point
  
• Annie Moneypenny, an energetic muggleborn in her first year who wants to know everything so she can singlehandedly conquer the magical world and free women from their societal chains...?

The School Crew

Phineas Black  is the headmaster and a general reclusive prick, but since Clifford is PB he might tolerate him, but since he's young, maybe not.
Nell Dawson  is the Ravenclaw HoH and Magical Theory professor so he would have previously been her student! Her goal is to pretty much be everyone's grandma.
Sloane Bixby  is my only student and she tries to steer clear of the library in favor of the quidditch pitch, but she has been in recently trying to get her grades up.

Outside Hogwarts

@"Elsie Beauregard"  here is a librarian at the Crowdy Memorial Library in London, so there's a professional contact if you like!
@"Daffodil Potts" would have gone to school with him, a couple years younger, but also a Ravenclaw, her family runs the local florist in Hogsmeade and she has two sisters at school!

My Ministry Men

Jesse Hatchitt who works for the Accidental Magical Reversal Squad- he's very good at his job and a total flirt, but also kind of in a serious relationship, so there's that. He'd flirt casually but his ladylove also works at the ministry, so probably not too overtly lol.
Eugene Scamander works in the Beast Division of the Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, he's a bit of a mess, but a nice guy!
Nemo Fisk is my mild-mannered Muggle Liason office employee. Total sweetheart, would give the shirt off his back and all around nice guy.

Otherwise

Daffy listed above is my on lady in her age range, they would have been at school together for a little while as well!
Quincey Honeyduke is my only really available hurl at the moment, but he's there haha. The proprietor of Honeyduke's Sweet Shop, he's always in the store brewing up some kind if mischief!

Hello!  I have a couple options.

Students:

Edison Moony is always in the library.  He's either there completing his own studies or tutoring younger students or his friends.  He's a super 'Dad.'  I feel like he's the type of guy who would ask for Clifford's help on behalf of another student.  haha

Archer Belby is my shy, anxious, disaster.  He is keenly interested in werewolves (because his dad is one), vampires, ghosts, and other beings. TL;DR He reads some weird shit, people think he's weird, and he's always hiding in the library.

Thomas Montgomery exists.  He's kind of grumpy and obsessed with transfiguration.

Billie Farrow is very behind when it comes to reading and writing.  Gideon (her guardian/secret!father) suggested she read adventure books to practice, so she's probably bugged Clifford a few times about it. She's also really, really friendly and likely talked his ear off about quidditch, nifflers, and random things.

Non-Students:

Deanna Benwick is the etiquette professor. I imagine she's cordial with Clifford. I feel like she probably has asked him for his heaviest books for remedial etiquette lessons/detentions to help teach posture.

Zachariah Binns owns Whizzhard Books in Hogsmeade! So, a fellow book guy. He would happily locate/send any sort of books Clifford might think would be a good addition to the library.

Hi Bella!

For Clifford, I have Theodore Gallivan who was a Ravenclaw in his year! Theo was Head Boy and Quidditch captain in school but now is currently feeling lost in life and not always the most forthcoming in keeping up with his schoolfriends, but if Clifford can be patient with him they could still be good friends!

Carmelina Cramming is my Hogwarts staff member and would be very fond of the library.

@"Jemima Farley" is my seventh year student who is notoriously boy crazy and might be convinced to "study" in the library to ogle him and/or awkwardly attempt to flirt. She does this to all the male staff, sorry!

For Victoria, I have some Ministry people, including... Evander Darrow who is head of one of the offices in the DMLE, and the most uptight human being on earth, basically a giant ball of anxiety xD His opinions of her will be entirely based on how well she does her job, i.e. if she shares his love of meticulous filing she will be his favourite person but if she ever puts a comma out of place he will judge her harshly.

On the other end of the scale I have Trystan Selwyn in the Auror dept who is UCPB and married but is nevertheless tempted to hit on any woman he sees.

Thankfully I also have Sarah Townsend, a WC Welcome Witch in the Ministry who is friendly to everyone and would absolutely look out for new employees xD
