Hiiii. So I want blizzard shenanigans and everyone is on the table:

• Anthony Delaney: He's a healer but plant and poisoning so a wee bit out of his ballpark but could be useful for anything basic. Or open to magical effects.
  
• Beatrice Daphnel: Likely at home but could be found somewhere for magical effects or snow struggles.
  
• Delphine Hunniford: as a DoMA&C employee she will be on clean-up/rescue duty both times. Need help? Or alternatively, she could have been stuck at the ministry overnight or stuck somewhere attempting to get home the night of the 27th. (Tbh she loves weather adjacent magic so while she does acknowledge this sucks she is probably having a field day and acting like a giddy child playing in the snow.)
  
• Locklyn MacCoinnich: Really could be anywhere doing anything. Was he at work? Was he at home? Was he who knows where? Was he spending the night with someone on the 27th and got to wake up in your bed (or you woke up in his bed) twice? Something else?
  
• Octavia Fawley: Likely at home (or maybe visiting a friend or stupidly at some social gathering even if there is a blizzard going on?) but could be found somewhere for magical effects or snow struggles.
  
• Calla Potts & Isobel Valenduris: are both at Hogwarts for the duration of the storm. Calla is worried the match against Gryffindor is going to be canceled but probably is very down for snowball fights. Sobie is probably less concerned about snowball fights and more about making sure no one gets hurt. Sobie will be fine after the storm but is very much not a fan of the blizzard and will kinda sorta be hiding in the library unless asked to do something on the 27th and 28th (morning).
