Dear Mr. Grimstone —
Do forgive this sudden and out-of-the-blue missive without us ever having been introduced.
My name is Philomena Sprout. My family owns Evergardens, a greenhouse in Magical London, and I'm writing to you to let you know that you have a parcel that is available to be picked up at your earliest convenience. The one who purchased it for you is Irene Crawley, and she told me that it might be of use to you in your garden.
Please let me know what your availability is so that I might alert whoever might be on staff that day. If it is also too much trouble to come here, I should be happy to have it sent to an address of your preference. Until then —
I remain, yours in service —
Philomena K. Sprout
