Hi friends! Welcome to my networking which has been updated to include my newest peoples. My current goal for charming is to keep character numbers low, and to have them being busy, with lots of friends and interactions and stuff going on. So I am keen for all the threads!

Josie Jones	Hufflepuff (‘89) | Secretary | Hurlable Friends - I imagine that Josie doesn't have loads of friends, but has several really good friends who she can be herself around. These are probably all working class women about the same age as her. But she’s sweet, and when she’s comfortable around people she’s happy and silly and likes cracking jokes. But she’s also nervous around new people. Ministry - Josie has worked at the ministry for three years, so will know people from out and about. Romance - I’d be keen for some hurls for Josie. I’m either feeling a cute little awks ship OR alternatively, someone taking advantage of her trusting nature and just messing her around.
@'Gertrude Baker'	Ravenclaw (‘85) | Lawyer | Engaged This girl is back after three years - she needs stuff! Friends - I would enjoy Gertrude having a circle of independent female friends who are quietly smashing the patriarchy. Work Peoples - Gertrude has worked at the ministry for six years come June. She will know various people. She is completely dedicated to her job, and it is her life. I’d like work relationships, but also people she’s rubbed the wrong way because she is so stubborn.
Joseph Backus	Ravenclaw ('82) | Groundskeeper | Hurlable? Friends - Joe is a really friendly guy, and I imagine him having lots of friends. Male, female, he's not that fussed. I'd like him to have some bros though. Zoo Peoples - Again, Joe is really friendly so I think he would get along with everyone there. Romance - Joe is very much a commitment-phobe when it comes to romance. He's open to short term things, but nothing serious. Or is he? Who knows. Maybe we could find out.

Begonia Belby	Gryffindor (‘85) | Deb | Hurlable Friends - Begonia is very confident and can be very friendly, I imagine she has lots of MC/UC female friends. Frenemies/Just Enemies - Begonia is easily jealous and holds grudges and can be just a bit of a dick. I would enjoy Begonia having a rivalry with someone. Maybe it's over a dude, maybe Begonia just got bored and was a dick to them one time, idk. School People - Begonia was part of the class of '85 and was in Gryffindor. She was very chatty and friendly at school, so if you were at school then you probs know her. You probs also know that there are ~rumours~ about her doing bits with another girl in a broom cupboard. Hurlz - Yes. Send me them your way. MC, UC, muggleborn, pureblood, halfblood, I want them all. I want hurls where Begonia does loads of flirting, I want hurls where they don't click and it's still a good time because Begonia is all /ugh. Also if any ladies would be interested, lmk.

Albert Aaldenberg	Ravenclaw (‘77) | Healer | Hurlable Friends - Bertie is a happy, friendly guy, although not the most outgoing. He is not a lad, but more bookish and quiet and thinks very carefully before he speaks. I’d like him to have some similar minded friends. Political Peoples - Bertie has just inherited his fortune and he wants to do good deeds with it. He’s currently scouring for charitable causes that are worth his money. I’d like to get him involved with lots of political stuff. Hurlz - I feel Bertie is on the ace spectrum, but leaning towards heteroromantic. I’m keen for some hurling, but he’d be looking for a more of an intellectual connection. UCAB, but maybe also MCAB. Also if any ladies would be interested, lmk.

HI Fitzroy Prewett is her boss. He is inappropriately flirtatious because Victorian Era (...to be fair, he probably would be in the modern era anyway...) and has been ~stressed since the debacle at the QWC.

Blythe Fairchild is soon to return from the abyss and would have been a year behind Josie in Hufflepuff!

She would probably be familiar with Reuben Crouch because he's friendly with most DMG&S people and attends a lot of the same events. He was inappropriately flirtatious up until he eloped last February and now he's "super in love" with his wife Melody.

Also I was planning on taking your open with @"Juliana Binns" before Bree beat me to it. Wouldn't be an existing connection because of the age/ class difference but I think they might get along... Jules also left school early, is a sweet fiend, and basically does secretarial work as her day job.

Obviously I chucked Nigel Vane into the thread with Josie, so we'll see where that goes? She missed him at Hogwarts by two years so at least there's not the "oh shit, I taught her" angle to navigate as an afterthought of throwing him in there xD

Jane Corner is prime friend material! She's a WC woman who was also in Hufflepuff (though it doesn't matter because she dropped out before Josie could show up). She works in Honeyduke's Sweet Shop and could be good for the role of "that friend you give life updates to every time you see them but never talk to in-between" or actual friends if you wanna do that xD

Dionisia Fisk is a few years older than her, but was also in Hufflepuff and was WC while in school. She married Ari Fisk after getting pregnant by a different man during the amortentia letter scandal, and she was basically able to escape ruin in exchange for becoming his beard :P

Eldin Bones was in the year beneath her and Handsome Whitledge in the year above her, but apparently I have no graduates of '89 on my roster so that's unfortunate.

Aldous Crouch - All the yes to inappropriate flirting. I'd be keen for a thread if you are too? No worries if Fitz is a bit booked up with threads at the moment. I also like the idea of her and Blythe knowing each other. I imagine Josie being quite churchy, so they'd have that in common.

Ophelia Devine - I like the idea of Josie and Reuben knowing each other and some past inappropriate flirting because that would make Josie super awks, she'd make sure to say hi to everyone so if he's about in the DMGaS offices. I'd also be super keen for some friend!hurling with Juliana if you are? Why start a new character if you don't put them in different strange situations for some friend meet cutes?

Holly Scrimgeour - I think Holly is your main so I'm tagging that account. I'd be keen for Jane and Josie to be friends! I stalked Jane's profile and I think they would get on. I'd definitely be keen for a thread. I could imagine Josie and Handsome being like loose acquaintances after working on some homework together/whatever and seeing each other at work and doing that awkward smile and hi and being like, do I speak to you further, kind of a deal?

okay so my next character is a ministry secretary so WATCH THIS SPACE !

She is likely to run into Arthur Pettigrew or Cassius Lestrange also; Arthur is awkward because he is semi-visibly spiralling/ friends with Fitz, Cash is awkward because he doesn't know how to interact with humans in a normal way. Pick your poison?

Well I have @"Percival Adlard Jr." for Ministry peeps. And then I have Felix Prewett because his brother runs her department and he is in the news business. Asha Bilton is my only Working Class peep who isn't a creature, he also is basically walking bad luck and also in the newspaper business. As of right now that's all I've got.

Cassius Lestrange - I'd be keen for Josie to know both Cash and Art! A) because it makes sense and b) that just sounds like a good time. I'm very interested in a ministry secretary. I will 100% be hitting you up about that later.

Sisse Thompsett - I'm 100% keen for Josie and Felix knowing each other. I have yet to decide whether she can tell him and Fitz apart because that would be amusing.

I have Madeleine Backus who was a Hufflepuff and year ahead of her, so they would almost certainly have known each other. Maddie was their house prefect as well, so they would definitely have known each other and been likely friends given their backgrounds. Happy to have a long established friendship if you want to retcon that it for them.

I also have Murdock Greyback and Samuel St.John-Black who are in the ministry, although different departments.
