Beachgoers rejoice: the Sanditon Resort is expanding!

The new development, entitled Sanditon Terrace, features no fewer than three dozen furnished townhomes available to let during the summer months—and indeed, year-round! At the centre of the crescent will be a small "High Street", boasting larger shops than were previously available along the resort's boardwalk.

All of this, says proprietor Herbert Fudge, "to allow more people, more families, to benefit from coastal air, sea bathing, and a level of ease one does not often find in the city."

The new properties are a joint venture between the Sanditon and unnamed financial partners, all of whom have a stake in the rental income. They will be available beginning the first of July, though some have already been spoken for through September—rumour has it that Mr. & Mrs. Elwin Abercrombie have already secured the grandest address for the summer!
