"What's Your Type?" Alignment Chart Meme
#1
So there was a conversation in the cbox about what our "types" are re: characters. I got the idea in my head that all of my characters are a mix of Holly, Frida, and Finnian on a sliding scale, and I finally gave into the temptation to actually make the alignment chart.

I'm curious about what yours are :P

HERE is the 3-character chart, and HERE is th 4-character chart.

Motion for people to explain what these lines mean in your posts, because I don't know enough about your 'ends of the triangle' characters to get it :P

but it seems fun and I want to get it.

OKAY So:

The triangle is like a sliding scale with like three points instead of two.

In this case, Finnian is my "bold/reckless/poor decision-maker" point. Holly is my "bitchy/cold/reserved" point. Frida is my "gentle/patient/kind" point.

For example:
  • Flora is not at all bold/reckless, and instead lies somewhere between Holly's cold/superiority-complex self and Frida's kind self.
  • Handsome is one of my notably friendly characters, so he's opposite of Holly and is somewhere between the reckless Finnian and the gentle Frida.
  • Dionisia is kind and patient like Frida, but she's also very ambitious and values hard work, so she's on the scale between Holly and Frida. She's on the same side of the triangle as Flora, but she leans closer to the Frida side because she's more humble than Flora.

Does that make any sense?

I did two versions!

In the first one I put Freedom/Security the two ends and Introvert/Extrovert in the others. Freedom means that they want to follow their heart's desire, to feel free to explore and do their thing, they'd feel trapped if they were too "secure". Secure on the other hand seek stability.

And a political spectrum one:

Meta is an anarchist
Ruby is mostly centre-left
Cee is mostly centre with some left opinions
Marcus is a capitalist but he's closer to the centre because he'd have some left opinions about welfare etc
Seneca is far right >.>
Christobal (whose PB I half-assedly picked I forgot) is mostly right but he'd benefit from state help so yes

@Bree I got the concept, I just... don't know the characters xD So yes, that definitely helps.

Here's mine:

I love how Phineas is basically - 'you looked like you had fun doing this so I'm not playing'

This was harder than I expected, and I did some others.

Three Points: Billie (Outgoing, Kind, Adventurous), Archer (Shy, Anxious, Emotional), Leo (Evil, Angry, Calculating)
Others: Deanna (Calculating, Outgoing), Nabil (Outgoing, but leaning toward emotional and bad choices), Thomas (Angry, Emotional, drifting toward kind/outgoing), Eli (Calculating, Shy), Ned (Shy, Kind, Adventurous), Zach (Outgoing, Kind, Emotional, Anxious)

For fun:

In which MJ divides her characters up based on which "middle aged man with an obsession" are you. Are you more a Ewart, an Emerett or a Conall?
