ACAB | Any Rep | Hogwarts Festivities

What: Hogwarts Fall Fest
Who: Hosted by Hogwarts Staff
Cost: N/A
Where: Black Lake, Hogwarts side
Why: Hogwarts NaNo eventTo give the students a break from school work
When: November 10th

The event takes place near the Black Lake, with enchanted jack-o-lanterns floating above the ground, glowing gently as dusk falls. There is a food/beverage table set up by the house elves and will magically replenish just as the Great Hall ones do.
Activities include: a magical hedge maze set up near the edge of the Forbidden Forest (mischievous creatures like bowtruckles and puffskeins may pop up to cause playful distractions, but there is nothing harmful inside), croquet, archery (with charmed arrows that will become soft if they hit anything outside of the targets set up), hoops, and other activities one might find at something like this.
The boats used to take the first years across the lake have been enchanted to glide above the water, giving a bird’s-eye view of the autumn landscape.
In the evening, a bonfire will be lit for students to enjoy. The night will finish with enchanted fireworks, featuring shapes of creatures like hippogriffs and dragons soaring through the sky. After the fireworks all students will follow their prefects back to their common rooms.

What: Protest against the newly passed Suffrage Bill
Who: Anti-Suffragists
Cost: N/A
Where: The Atrium of the Ministry of Magic Offices, London, England
Why: (More NaNo events lol) Everyone who would not approve of the recent bill, therefore are having a protest. Oh, and to make some MoM employees miserable on a Friday.
When: 1 November, beginning in the morning

Assume a bulletin was posted in the DP for time & place.
Those who don't believe in/are angry about the passing of the bill want to show their disapproval.

MC/UCAB | REP 6+ | GIRLS' NIGHT

What: Miss Monday’s Birthday Sleepover Bash
Who: Hosted by NPC Miss Margarita Monday, a young UC heiress & orphan who therefore gets to go ALL OUT on her birthday. She has invited all MC/UC ladies who are 17+ and out, and unmarried; this skews the young deb crowd so if you are a 30+ spinster yours was a pity invite and you probably shouldn’t come. Working women who have ~society friends and have the time may also be able to swing coming.
Cost: No, but if you refuse her invitation she will assassinate you socially
Where: Monday Manor, Derbyshire
Why: girls just wanna have fun
When: Evening, Fri 15 Nov – hangover brunch, Sat 16 Nov

Picture the Princess Diaries 2: a royal slumber party but wilder Debutantes get a night of completely unchaperoned, unhinged fun! There is one rule: what happens at the girls’ night stays at girls’ night. Go home and pretend it was very demure. But the birthday bash is basically a VE-style sleepover with much gossip, music/“karaoke”, parlour/teenage party games (e.g. Mattie will be leading a game of truth or dare), drinking, midnight feasts, 3am skinny dipping in the fountain, someone crying in the bathroom, etc, and any other girly shenanigans you desire. The manor’s ballroom will be transformed into a more luxurious version of a Hogwarts dormitory, with more four-poster beds and pillows than you can imagine.
