Meet Declan! An Assistant Printer at Whitby & Co, Deck also boxes and duels for money. He is very soft-spoken, a romantic, and an occasional pushover. He attended Hogwarts from 1876-1878, as a Hufflepuff, but dropped out after the spring of 1878. Deck fights for money, and reads a lot of romance novels.

Printshop People: Declan works at Whitby & Co, where he's incredibly loyal to the Whitby girls — do you need anything printed? Do you have strong opinions for or against feminism, or about any of the Whitby girls? Let's chat.
Pining: Declan has read a lot of romance novels and Loves to Pine. He is usually pretty hesitant to take action on any of his crushes, but does have them. (Is he straight or bi? Unclear, let's find out.)
Fighting: hey bro wanna let rich people bet on which one of us is better at punching/hexing? OR wanna be the rich people doing the betting?

Deck can most frequently be found on High Street, in the Slums, or in magical Dublin.
