February snaked her cold fingers around the girl's wrist and pulled her closer. She whispered into her ear, "I've never had a mama." With the close proximity, the little girl's scent was intoxicating. She inhaled deeply, eyes fluttering closed, not releasing her hold on the girl's wrist. Her mouth salivated.

  

Yelping a bit at the sudden movement from both the other girl and now herself, she couldn't help but feel surprised. "Oh, I'm sorry." She said softly. She couldn't imagine not having her Mama. It must be so hard.

Her eyes opened and she fixed the girl with a hungry stare, "Can I lick your arm?" She pressed her tongue against the roof of her mouth. The points of her fangs dug into it.

  

Both the look and the question had left Claire with plenty of confusion. Before she could speak, she heard her Mama call out her name. Time to go, it would seem. She simply shrugged off the question with a laugh. "No, that would be a silly thing to do! Anyway, I must be off. That was Mama calling for me. Wouldn't want to make her upset." She responded cheerfully. Whatever possible danger she was in, she hadn't really thought too much into it.
