For some of the questions Fallin hasn't already answered, my quick takes:
4. Level Three/being an Auror alone isn't quite enough to raise a family from WC to MC, that would take a profession at Level Two - this info and more is at the bottom of this page!
5. It shouldn't affect her reputation negatively! (Unless she's doing a very bad job of it, of course xD)
6. My instinct is no, if they lack magical blood they are likely to be killed by a werewolf much the same as muggles.
7. Yes, if they make the effort to and depending on their occupation! We have had werewolves of all classes, UC might find it easier to exist secretly than some.
9. Yes, we allow non-binary characters! Most of these are still perceived as one gender or another to fit into ~VE society's parameters, but privately identify otherwise. It might affect their reputation more negatively the more overt they are about it.
10. Generally I just play these as undiagnosed, but here's a basic article on "melancholy" / depression.
