He didn’t so much as say goodbye to Splitters and his employees as he turned to follow Yaxley out the door. He had more important things to deal with than berating a few salesman for ungentlemanly conduct—the more important thing apparently being Yaxley, who hadn’t even thanked him before stomping away.
