He'd experience somewhere new himself? It confused him for a moment, and then it clicked. Of course! She wanted to talk about moving house - to a larger one. It made sense. He hadn't exactly been prepared to elope. Had he known he was going to whisk her away and marry her, he would have at least seen to it that he had found somewhere large than a one-bedroom for them to live. There were probably better ways to go about discussing it rather than just hinting at it (which was an odd tactic, given his interactions with Maeve up until this point.)

"Oh yes," He agreed heartily. Strangely, he was not at all perturbed by the odd way she'd gone about it, "We can go house hunting this afternoon if you'd like. I believe there's a nice little four bedroom a few streets over. It's further from the park so won't have such nice views, but there'll be room to spread out." He hoped that even though they would have extra rooms, she wouldn't mind still sharing one with him. He rather liked the idea of having her sleep next to him every night.
