Themis is ready for James Callum. He and Themis have a similar family situation and she is well-practiced at handling the kiddo ADHD. I think James might remind her a bit of her son and that would totally work in his favor.

Lucy Tatting I don't think she'd have any reason to dislike, and she's very big on making sure young girls get a thorough education.

Philomen Huxley will be harder to thread come school, but maybe family connection?
