Duh, that was the obvious answer. Sometimes Daff just wasn't paying attention. She laughed at herself, and the other woman's blatant response. "I didn't know that." They hadn't been completely attached at the hip at school, being in different houses and all, but Daff supposed she hadn't even realized Jack had needed tutoring.
