Quin was starting to hesitate less and less every time she said his name. This time in only brought a hint of a grin against her skin as she tangled her fingers in his hair. While he hadn't been paying strict attention to what she was doing on the other side of the corset, he had seen enough that he could figure out now how to get the damned thing off. So— he slid his hands around from the laces to the hooks, his much steadier hands having better luck at unhooking the eyes from their latch, one by one, until it fell away in his hands.
He unceremoniously tossed it onto the nearby sofa, his hands finding the ties of her skirt that he hadn't managed to get entirely undone. There were far too many layers to women's clothing. It was unintelligibly frustrating to say the least. It had to just be the chemise now right? Surely there were drawers under there somewhere, but as long as there was no boning of corsets or voluminous skirts, he could probably handle the rest. Probably.
That figured out, he had much better reign over her figure, hands running down her sides before he tugged at the overskirts, trying to loosen those completely as well. She had him in a good grip, so he couldn't move too much, but he was content to keep exploring with his hands, giving her time to acclimate to the sensations.
