There can be no doubt in my mind that Sirius received his prefect's badge today—anything short, and I wager you would already have written me to help you dispose of Phineas' body. A bit less certain, though, was Flora's own success, and I am utterly delighted to confirm that she has, indeed, been named prefect for Slytherin!

What a charming pair the two will make, sporting their matching badges as they patrol the corridors. They have always made such a delightful twosome, and I am pleased they shall not be without one another in this next stage. How hard it is to believe that they shall be starting their fifth year so soon!

We must meet for tea soon.
