| 1876 | Belle is born the youngest of her siblings. She is a quiet baby and isn't prone to fussing. |
| 1884 | Belle shows her first signs of magic by causing a handful of little light orbs to appear when she wanted to continue reading past bedtime. It is celebrated but not until the next day as her nanny still made her go to bed. Astoria also goes off to Hogwarts and Belle misses her terribly. |
| 1885 | Melody goes off to Hogwarts as well and Belle misses both her sisters terribly. She is lonely without them but at least she has her books and her older siblings to bother. |

| 1887 First Year | Belle gets her Hogwarts letter and that September it is her turn to join her older siblings at Hogwarts. She is sorted into Ravenclaw and whilst she is delighted to be in a house that suits her well, she also wishes she had been put in Hufflepuff so she can be in the same house as Melody and Astoria. She makes friends though and it isn't like she never sees the siblings who are in a different house. Besides, it isn't long until she comes to discover the Library which becomes a place one can frequently find her. |

| 1891-92 Fifth Year | Belle attends the Coming Out Ball for the first time alongside all the other fifth to seventh years allowed to attend. It is here that she meets "Gaston" for the first time. She would really rather she hadn't. An acquaintance forms though Belle has little interest in developing it further due to the others overly misogynistic, sexist behaviour though she does remain polite and at least friendly. Belle scores pretty well on her OWLs which surprises no one. She goes into sixth year with the following classes: Ancient Studies, Astronomy, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, History of Magic, Potions, Transfiguration. It was very hard for her to pare down to the maximum seven classes allowed. She wasn't able to add Gobbledegook to her schedule but she managed to convince someone in the class to share the learnings with her. |
| 1892-93 Seventh Year, Present | Over the summer, "Gaston" declares he is going to wed her one day and Belle's internal reaction is please, don't. She has not encouraged him or his attention so she has no idea why he has grown so attached to the idea. She only barely tolerates his existence so has absolutely no interest in being his Mrs. She wants the One True Love she has read about in her story books, someone she can share grand adventures with. There is an election and a young woman is running! Rosabella is pleased by that fact and indeed, is impressed by the number of leftist candidates on the poll. The latest school year is not off to the best start with one of her roommates getting into a fight with a first year, Ravenclaws house points going into the negative and one of the professors dying. He had been one of Melodys professors not her own but the loss is still disheartening. After all, he had been so young. And then to round it all off, their Head of House lectures them all about gossiping after some vicious rumours about a housemate spreads like wildfire. All she can do is hope that they all reach graduation without further pissing off their Head of House. |
