Appearance:

Darling is a petite girl that currently stands at a height of four feet, eleven and a half inches. She has a slender build that has begun developing womanly curves much to Darlings mild discomfort. Darling has blonde hair and blue eyes that possess a natural air of innocence. When not in a mourning period, Darling enjoys colors that are soft and feminine. She is right handed.

History:

1873 - Darling is born.

1874 - Honey is born. Considering she is still just a baby, Darling doesn't have much to say about the event.

1877 - After the chaos of muggles discovering magic, the Whitledges move to Hogsmeade. Darling feels mildly displaced by the move but it does not take her too long to adapt to her new surroundings.

1879 - Handsome shows his first signs of magic just as Darling always knew he would!

1881 - The twins go off to Hogwarts. Darling also shows her first signs of magic.

1882 - Pumpkin goes off to Hogwarts.

1883 - Sweetie goes off to Hogwarts.

1884 - Darling's father is lost to them in the laughing plague and a fire also ravages Wellingtonshire. Afterwards, the family moves to Irvingly. This is also the year that Darling starts at Hogwarts (she is sorted into Hufflepuff!). All in all, it is a rather intense year and Darling is not able to enjoy her first year at Hogwarts as much as she might have in any other time.

1885 - Handsome is named prefect! Darling is very proud of him.

1886 - Darling's mother decides to begin a healing career. Honeys time at Hogwarts begins, eventually joining her in Hufflepuff after some initial confusion due to the sorting hat being missing. Darling chooses Care of Magical Creatures, Ghoul Studies and Muggle Studies for her electives.

1887 - The year seems to be rife with drama. There is some in-fighting and it is a little much for even Darling to handle. On top of her family drama, Darling is extremely upset about the half-breed ban that is set in place. She starts a petition and whilst she does get quite a bit of signatures, it is ultimately to no avail. Her and Handsome don't always see eye to eye on the issue but Darling still remains respectful to her brother.

In the World Marker Disaster, Hattie dies and their grandma assumes care of them. They move back to to Hogsmeade as well.

1888 - Half-breeds get to come back to Hogwarts! Darling is absolutely delighted about this turn of events which is enough to make her a solid fan of the new Minister of Magic.

Personality:

Darling is an absolute darling - she is kind, generous and selfless in nature. She is patient and steadfast in her loyalty, especially when it comes to her family. Gentle and soft-spoken, Darling very rarely raises her voice and is naturally a peacemaker. Darling possesses a strong sense of justice and fair play - enough so that she began a student petition in attempt to end the half breed ban. She is very family-oriented and in conflicts between her family and other people in her life, she will almost always side with her family. Darling is lowkey a feminist though she still has some of the viewpoints one might expect from a girl that was raised in the Victorian era. Darling is also a bit of a dreamer that tends to be an optimist despite the setbacks she has had in her young life.
