The Lestrange family has announced the birth of the first child of Mr. Claudius Lestrange and his wife, Mrs. Ellory Lestrange. The healthy child arrived on the 18th of April, at the Lestranges’ ancestral home in Warwickshire.

They have decided to name it Simonetta Alexandria - the name Simonetta has been influenced by Mrs. Lestrange’s love for the arts and lovers of muggle art history may recognise it as the name for the model of Boticelli’s Venus. The middle name belonged to Mr. Lestrange’s late mother, a lover of the arts herself. A fitting set of names, for the child is reported to take after her mother and grandmother in colouring, having missed the typical Lestrange dark hair.
