History:In all but one regard, Winnie was a darling English rose - blonde hair, blue eyed, with just the right level of curve. However, she stands far over average in height, reaching a grand total of five feet and seven inches - though all of her family tends to be quite tall.
She tends to dress in muggle fashion, though will wear robes when the circumstances demands. She writes and casts with her left hand when in her own home, but uses her right hand in public eye.
Personality:1858 | The eldest daughter is born, and proves to be quite cheerful, she is always smiling and cries little.
1863 | Her first sign of magic appears as she animates a doll to walk across the nursery, hoping to cheer her crying sister.
1864 | She joins her elder brother under the care of the governess though at night she remains with her sisters and youngest brother in the nursery. She is drilled on the basics of ever female appropriate subject.
SCHOOL YEAR OF 1869-1870 | Winifred attends her first year of Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor like most of her family. She takes to her classes like a fish to water. She finds History of Magic soon becomes her favorite class - even when many others complain about about how boring it is.
SCHOOL YEAR OF 1871-1872 | She chooses her electives - ancient studies, ancient runes, and ghoul studies. Nothing else really strikes her fancy - either too dirty or just not interesting.
SCHOOL YEAR OF 1873-1874| The summer before her fifth year, she receives a letter to her home, she's been made the house prefect for the year. At the end of the she sits her O.W.L.s.
SCHOOL YEAR OF 1874-1875 | With the start of her NEWT level classes, she drops herbology, astronomy, transfiguration, and defense against dark arts. She is quite fine with no longer taking those classes.
SCHOOL YEAR OF 1875-1876 | In her last year of schooling she is made head girl, an honor she takes very seriously.
1876 | After graduation, Winnie is sent to finishing school for a year.
1882 | Finally, the fates seem to be on her side, after four years, she meets a man who seems interested in her at a Christmas Eve ball. How more romantic could you get?
1883 | Their marriage occurs the next Christmas. A hopeless romantic, the idea of marrying in Christmas day when they met on Christmas Eve had been something she requested. However the joy of marriage does not last long. She finds herself submitted to an unbreakable vow by her new husband and his mother - she must not reveal he is a werewolf. How she didn't notice sooner, she doesn't know but all the sudden he is no longer perfect and she craves a way out of the marriage.
1884 | Opportunity arises. Her husband has put himself in the running for Minister of Magic with a campaign biased on the rights of beings and half breeds. This is her final straw and one night when he hosts a party for his campaign, she draws him into the kitchen, claiming there was an issue she needed his input on. Alone, as she'd sent the cook to fine some last minute ingredient - she sunk a silver knife into her husband's back and struck a match. The fire was put out before it reached the test of the house - thankfully as she was set to inherit the house if he died (though she doubt he intended for her to aquire quite so soon) - it served to distroy his body. The case is quickly closed and Winifred remains free of charge and walks away with a set of faint scars on her arms, mostly healed by the healers at St. Mungos.
1885 | She finds there is a downside to being free of her husband - mourning. As she no longer loved or even liked him when she had him killed, she spends this time not mourning him but rather the marriage she could have had.
1886 | Freed from the grasp of mourning, and now less marketable as a widow and over 27, her mother allows her to remain at the house she inherited from her husband and focuses on marrying her sisters. She takes on charity work and hosting parties to fill her days.
1887 | Hosting parties and charity work, while nice, prove far too boring. She starts up a fundraising committee for the London Museum of Magical Miscellany, fueled by her childhood interst in history. Just as well she takes up volunteering her time to give tours at the museum.
1889 | Despite her younger self's eagerness to marry, she finds life as a widow quite enjoyable. She has her freedom without the negative connotation of being a spinster. Quite truly the best of both worlds. Still, she does occasion miss what could have been and missed more the fact she never had children.
Other:Charming. Cheerful. Witty. Sarcastic. Self-centered. Determined.
Overall she presents a cheerful front, and it is typically her nature. Little bothers her, and she always has some sort of sarcastic comment or joke to crack. Just as well, she is driven in anything she finds interesting. Typical her obsession shows when she starts to talk about history, however, when she is angered that same tendency to obsession pushes her to act beyond what most would consider reasonable, often without consideration to how her actions would impact others. Thankfully there is little that pushes her this far and she's only reach that point once or twice in her life.
