Appearance: Standing at 4 feet and 4 inches, Fleur is a petite, little thing. She has thick, dark brown hair that curls about her head. She often wears it up in braids or pulled back with a simple bow. She nearly always possesses a very large smile that brightens up her face and reaches her brown eyes. She is right handed. She enjoys pretty clothing, but she prefers to avoid flounce and dresses more simply than other girls of her social class.
History: In 1877, Fleur was born to Hubert and Brenda Rey, the youngest child of three. She was always happy, even as a toddler, always exploring and giggling. She loved to toddle up to her siblings and bring them random gifts she found in her travels such as buttons, flowers, and scones. She showed her first signs of magic when she was six. While in the kitchen making cookies with her cousin, she set the batter to stir on its own. Her love for baking truly began to blossom.
First Edgar, then Bellerose went off to Hogwarts, and the girl threw herself into her newfound hobby. She spent most of her days creating all sorts of concoctions with the cousin closest to her in age. She was tutored, of course, to get her ready for school, but her heart and attention never seemed to be fully in it.
The last few years brought tragedy to the family. Two uncles and an aunt were lost, and her cousin Ace Lukeson gained the responsibility of taking care of his family. Fleur tries to help out where she can with the younger cousins and provide a shoulder for others to mourn on.
Now eleven, Fleur is over the moon excited to head off to school! She can't help but badger her older siblings with incessant questions about Hogwarts. She isn't sure which house she'll find herself in, but she isn't picky.
Personality: Fleur is as sweet as the pastries she so loves to bake. There are very few people with whom she doesn't get along with. She has a wild imagination that she excitedly likes to share with others who also share her enthusiasm. She is also very kind, always stopping to help those who need it. While she has a talent for creating delicious baked goods, especially pies, she's only an average (acceptable) student. She tends to get distracted with other pursuits instead of buckling down and truly focusing on her studies. Fleur enjoys reading fiction. History bores her to tears. She enjoys long walks, dancing, and playing the violin. Her best friend is her cousin Sybille.
Other: Due to her grandfather giving her her squib father the cold shoulder, Fleur cares very little for blood purity. She accepts anyone and everyone from muggle to half-breed.
