"Understood", he replied with a grateful nod. "You will know it's me if you see this..."

With that, Feiyu transformed into a small, soft sable, gazing up at Oscar with bright and impetuous eyes.

Oscar laughed, delighted, at the animagus transformation. "Good," he said brightly, "I'll keep an eye out."

  

The creature gave a little twitch of his whiskers, which could well be a smile, then turned nimbly to be about his business.
