Dear Sir,
I was pleased to meet you formally at (society event/Institute opening). I wonder if I, or indeed the institute might be of service in the coming months as your NEWT and OWL students consider their careers beyond the walls of Hogwarts and your safe gaurdianship. 

For those who fail to make the appropriate grades, we might offer them a second chance to improve and perhaps yet gain the career they long for, and for those of exceptional gifts there may be those interested in additional and continuing study. 

Indeed sir, we might also offer yourselves as a place to conduct your own research and invite you to inspect our impressive library and collection of magical artifacts that may be of interest to you.

We would be delighted to host not only yourselves but your students to get a closer look at the facilities and the courses on offer to them.
