As a Swallowbury Resident, you may have noticed that since the fog has encompassed Irvingly, you have been unable to use magic. Please do not be alarmed at this time; we are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. If you leave the affected area, (we recommend exiting North through Dovecote, as the fog is spreading South,) you will be able to use magic once more.

Please be advised that:

• The floo network in Irvingly is currently offline.
  
• We have not yet tested the impact of the fog on broomsticks. Do not use broomsticks in Irvingly at this time. The Hogsmeade Howlers will be practicing at Hogwarts' Quidditch Stadium until further notice.
  
• It is possible to apparate into the fog, but not out of it.
  
• Use of the train out of Irvingly is currently reserved for medical and familial emergencies.
  
• The Irvingly Infirmary is currently remaining open.
