I am writing to inform you that Ethel has a new playmate! Mama and Papa surprised me today with a puppy. He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and I have named him Winston. He's adorable and so tiny! Ethel seems to be taking to him nicely, but he is a bit of a nuisance, so I wouldn't blame her if she wanted nothing to do with him. I'll be keeping him in my room and with me until he learns his manners, but he's such a love and so sweet. I cannot wait for you to meet him.
