Appearance:
A rather short but still growing boy, Sage stands at a height of four feet, eight inches. He has a slender build. Sage dresses suitably for his age and class with a preference for darker colors. Sage has dark hair and blue eyes. He is right handed.History:
1872: Sage Macnair is born and is a boy much to his mothers disappointment.
1875: The family take in Tatiana Lestrange after her father kills a bunch of people and is imprisoned.
1877: Sage’s mother takes to pretending that he is her daughter. She also refuses to have his hair cut or to let him wear masculine clothing.
1878: The family move to Hogsmeade.
1879: Finally, his mother lets him wear masculine clothes though from time to time, she still stuffs him into a dress. It’s a rather annoying situation for Sage. He despises being made to be like a girl but it also gains him mother’s attention. Eventually, he decides that he just wants her to stop already because he is a man.
1882: There is a fire and rather than rebuild the house, they all move to the country estate near Loch Ness. Sage goes to Hogwarts and is sorted into Slytherin.
1885: On the school side of things, the Pan-Magical Games happen which most of his classmates seem to be excited about. Sage’s uncle escapes prison. It causes quite a stir among his classmates. The school year ends with a lockdown.
1887: Half-breeds are banned from school. Sage is indifferent about it for the most part aside from satisfaction in knowing that this is a thorn in the side of a half-vampire classmate he disliked. A schoolmate of his is turned into a werewolf which eventually leads to her father resigning as Minister of Magic.
1888: Half-breeds come back to school. Sage is mostly indifferent to it since their attendance doesn’t really matter to him.
Personality: - Sage is a sociopath.
- Will never be able to cast a patronus.
- Sage is very cautious and does not trust easily, if at all.
- Sage is more at home with a book and potions than he is other people but he is able to tolerate most individuals for the most part.
- Sage has a determined and stubborn nature.
- Sage is emotionally detached from those around him though manages to hide it well enough.
- Sage is actually considered to be one of the kinder of the Lestrange line due to his being amiable enough when among family and people he actually can tolerate for more than five minutes.
Other: - Sage has a liking for small animals. A liking in which he enjoys tending to them briefly then letting them die - sometimes with his help, sometimes without. “For science” is what his explanation would be. He keeps this 'hobby' of his well hidden.
