Daffy could easily picture her sister's wedding. They had of course, teased one another about it the night the four of them had slept at her flat, but she could see the sheer joy on Dahlia's face as she spoke of it and that warmed her heart. Mr. Honeyduke would be a lovely addition to the family.
"Oh, a picnic luncheon, that would be so lovely." Daff was already picturing how she would decorate, with Dahlia's heavy input of course, but while flowers came in so many different textures and sizes and varieties that even being somewhat monochrome, it would still be stunning. "I do believe you should give Mr. Honeyduke some pop of color," Daff laughed. "Do you remember when the shop was bright orange?" That had been before the time the troll had gotten in there. Now it was a lovely teal color, but still quite bright. Obviously Mr. Honeyduke was a colorful character.
"Late summer while it is still warm, but not sweltering. Good luck taming mother, you know how she loves a wedding." There was hardly any stopping her. Fortunately Daff had quite a bit of practice at reining in (or just flat out changing) her mothers more outlandish ideas.
