Backstory: Jaaaaaack has an interesting history, he got involved with a young deb a few years back and wound up eloping shortly after. The marriage produced one son (almost 11 now) and then tragedy when his late wife lost her life in a miscarriage with their second child. Jack hasn't quite been the same since, but with Emerson off to Hogwarts this September, Jack is starting to feel old and lonely and is wondering if he should think about remarrying.
Friends: Jack was once an outgoing, charismatic sort of guy, but has lost the enthusiasm of his youth. Friends would be around his age, or in his profession, who will pull him out to be social, or don't mind him being the quiet one.
Ladies: Lonely as he is, Jack has always been hesitant to get back out there and instead focused on being a dad and in furthering his career. His world has revolved around Emerson for eight years and now he's starting to wonder if it's even worth it. Ideally he would like a lady who is MCAB, 25+, they can work, don't have to, but someone who would mesh well with not only his lifestyle, but his son as well. I'm down for drama, as always, but he probably won't go for a fresh-faced debutante who could theoretically be his kid XD
Employees/Co-Workers: You'll know Jack as a dependable, somewhat-approachable, no-nonsense sort of guy who takes his work seriously and is pretty good at it.

Merida Greyback is your direct report. In the work place she is a sunny little badger, with an excellent bedside manner. I imagine her as an excellent employee, but perhaps someone who get a little too invested in her patients. She has a bit of a specialty with werewolf injuries and patients, but for unknown reasons (Obvi).

Jack would be surrounded by sunny dispositions XD I'm sure he appreciates her enthusiasm however! Could def do a thread there!
I'm not sure how much Jack would have to deal with the coroner's office, but could consult on creature-related deaths for sure!

ooo widowers unite. Idk if she's down to slum it with an MC gent, but he does make good money, could toss them together to see how it goes?
I'm pretty sure Jack would adore Ani, but she's a babe and he has a block about ladies that young XD
He and Percy aren't too far off in age, and might have dealings between the department and the hospital, maybe they could be somewhat bros?

With his son at school now Jack's got some free time to I dunno, get a life? He is being actively hurled around, so again, looking for IC chemistry and a level of open-ended-ness, but will toss him out there with voracity to see what sticks! Hit me up with ideas!

Lester is a depressed trainee healer at HH. I am super interested in work things for him, so would be very intrigued to thread them?
Enid is at the other hospital, but is my creatures person! You know her.
Elliot is close-ish in age - he's a '77 grad. UCHB, also quiet - I think they'd need an extrovert to jolt them into conversations but that they could be friends.
Sera was 3 years younger, also a Gryffindor, and thinks he's cute. Hello.

Of my played characters Victor is the only connection - they would have been coworkers (different departments though) before Victor died. They probably wouldn't have been friends though, very different stages of life and different backgrounds.
