I FINALLY finished her, so now it's time to establish connections

Insolence is the third-eldest daughter in the Wakefield family, a Slytherin graduate, an unpublished murder mystery writer, and the current secretary of the Department of COMC. She's not unfriendly but she's definitely prickly—she protects her own feelings, tends to assume the worst, can come off as standoffish if she feels intimidated. She's a hardworker, though, and values competence over anything <3

Here's what she needs:

FRIENDS: I have in her app that Insolence didn't have anyone she considered a real "friend" until she bonded with some students at the end of her fifth year over the stress of examinations. The likeliest demographic for these friends are students who graduated in 1887 or 1885, since those are the students who would have been testing at the time <3

THE MAN WHO JILTED HER: Insolence met a man over the summer between sixth and seventh year and began writing letters to him during the fall of her seventh year. He suggested they get married during the holiday break but never showed up when she went to meet him. He's probably between 24-29 and could have either actually wanted to marry and chickened out, could have suggested it as a way to charm her not thinking she'd actually want to follow through, or he could have been just an asshole who was just messing around with her. I'm down for anything!

Ford works with you! He is competent but sometimes doesn't act like it and doesn't handle people being mean to him very well. But occasionally when he is at his limit he can he be snappy and sarcastic and confident so that also happens.

Clara, obvs- down for whatever, whenever.

Jules is Ross' secretary and would be on familiar terms with all the ministrial secretaries in a "we run the office any time the boss steps out" way.

Xavier Davies also works in the Ministry.

As the Least Literary Dempsey, Oz would be openly disdainful of her novel efforts if it were ever to come up.

Marvolo Gaunt would have been around for 3 of her Hogwarts years till he dropped off after finishing 3rd year. He was also a Slytherin and not likely one to try and befriend her. Still, she would remember the name at the very least should their paths cross as adults.

I offer Edgar Minks as the man who jilted her. he is about three years older so could remember her from school and decided it'll be fun to string her along, especially if she doesn't remember him from school.

Possible she may run into Walter at the Ministry so I'm always up for tossing him at people.

I'm up for any sisterly bonding now that Wrath is approved.

Eugene works in the dept!

Daff is a year younger, Gemma a year older, Harvey a couple years older, but all in that range so any of them could have fit. Harv would have been Head Boy in her 5th year and would have tutored if she needed it! Febs was also in 7th year when she was in 5th!

Pretties from Lady <3

Hi Mity is your sister! They are really close in age and Insolence is probably one of the few Enmity was salty to in the being on sheer not of she was a like two though she probably didn't like the change in routine. The pair probably never really got a break from each other as Mity was a second year during Insolence's first and they were together till Mity left after her OWLs and now live together again. As a whole Mity takes her role as second eldest pretty seriously and tends to mother the other girls though she still can come across as blunt and rude sometimes but at this point would probably kill for each of her sisters even if one on one they aren't besties.

Iziza Noel was a ravenclaw a year below her / two years below her and now both work in the ministry though different departments.
