BUT HEAR ME OUT: She is not active right now, but I think she and Bella Scrimgeour could be friendly. They were dorm-mates and Bella would have related more to Ivy's ~life in their earlier years and especially now.

Also I have Edric Umbridge, who she would definitely know.
