I loved this.  I loved this, but I think I partially loved it because 1) I hate small towns 2) I am currently stuck in my hometown 3) I love mysteries. So if you feel differently, I get it! But I thought it was super delightful, and had a great deal of ~intrigue, and it's a rare author that can pull off first person present tense, so props to Ritter for being That Good.
