Harley is the older brother of Penelope Fawcett. He was an athletic, active person in school that did well in classes and had a lot of potential. He enjoys tinkering with charmed objects, spells and related fields. So much so that he opened a shop that specializes in such things including sneakoscopes, self writing quills, self stirring teaspoons, etc. He has always been intelligent and isn't afraid of putting in hard work to realize his goals.

He was among those drafted into the Hogsmeade Trail Expedition and something terrible happened to him. He does not fully remember the details due to the trauma and since his return he became a bit of a recluse and moved to Irvingly on his own, rarely ever attending society events.

His shop has been victim to various mishaps that are outlined in his app but Harley perseveres.

friends: Not likely to be many current ones as Harley grew very distant and incommunicative after the Hogsmeade Trail Incident. When he was younger and before the Trauma, he likely had many.

schoolmates: Harley was in Ravenclaw from 1873-1880 and enjoyed an active school life. Arithmancy and Muggle Studies were his chosen electives though he was reluctantly forced to drop Muggle Studies in his sixth year due to having an overflowing schedule. He was also prefect and then Head Boy.

romance: I have no idea what Harley's sexuality is, to be quite honest. However, he fell in love with a girl in his final year (who was likely 5-7th year herself at the time due to the fact they were able to be at the Coming Out Ball together) and it lasted a couple of years. He even planned to ask to formally court and marry her once he had his dream shop set up and going. That changed after the Hogsmeade Trail and he broke up with her soon after 'for her own good'. Since then, he has pretty much kept to himself.

That being said, he is hurlable albeit possibly emotionally unavailable. 18+, ACAB as I am being pretty open here.
