Anne nodded. "Murder is a serious thing to talk about." She cringed a little at how much she had stated the obvious. If only there was an easier way to get to the hospital. Anne imagined healers parting as the two women ran through screeching murder.

"Alas, with all this fog around, there are rarely any good ones anymore." Anne lamented as if the fog had been going on for years, since when she was three years old and had spotted a butterfly fade away as the fog rose over the hills, instead of being a mild inconvenience to her for less than a month.
