A WCHB Ravenclaw from the class of 1871, Emilia is an Unspeakable and the wife of Christopher Moony. She's been in the DoM since 1883, where she focuses on astronomy — not that you'd know that part.

Plot hooks:

• Emilia would likely know friends of Edison Moony & Anne Moony, and is open to threads with them! She's open to similar relationships with friends of Bronwyn Moony, her sister-in-law.
  
• Ministry — obvious relationships in the Department of Mysteries, but Emilia also has a fraught relationship with the Auror Department after her auror husband went missing for eight months and was returned ~different.
  
• Academics, particularly those with an interest in astronomy, are likely to occasionally cross paths with her, although she is likely to pretend not to be an Unspeakable when she meets them. (Juliana Ainsworth Marlowe Forfang moon angle?)
