Irene Crawley is a Hogsmeade resident and artist who's around Thomas' age but she left Hogwarts cause #workingclass - but her father was a muggle so I could see her befriending Thomas if they ever crossed paths! The only thing is she rarely goes into Irvingly, it's a little too close to home and it makes her miss her family (all dead xD)
If Thomas knows Cash, I also have Cash's wife, Adrienne Lestrange! Adrienne was also in Slytherin and a friendly person then, so if Elisabeth would have talked to Adrienne, she would have easily chatted with her without any issues.
