Jasper is the brother of recently departed and turned ghost, Victor Daphnel. He is more reserved than his older brother but not as much as his younger sister. He is friendly, kind, empathetic and sensitive. He is a member of Excaliburs.

Former schoolmates: Jasper was a Hufflepuff from 1876-1883 and he was a prefect during his time in Hogwarts. He was not particularly good at it making him the favorite of troublemakers. He was quiet and a little shy when first meeting people but tended to open up a little more as the friendship with them grew.

Co-workers: He has been an obliviator for the Ministry since 1883.

Friends: Jasper is kind and friendly. He would be friendly towards any class and blood, but it is unlikely he would pal around often with anyone working class. Much like when he was younger, he can be a little reserved when first meeting someone but as the friendship he has with them grows, he becomes a little more open.

Romance: Jasper has been in love with Christabel Dempsey since his Hogwarts days. I am open to hurling him with other women though to see how he gets on with them. At the moment though, he is deeply grieving his brother so does not currently make the best romantic prospect. I am not 100% certain what his sexuality might be but I currently have strong Hetero vibes.
