Two for the price of one—that's right, we have another Thread Roulette! For those of you new to Thread Roulettes, the rules are simple: sign up with the character(s) of your choosing to get paired with another character or two for posting purposes—characters you may not have interacted before, or perhaps given much thought to in the past!

This time, though, things are a bit different as it is centered around a specific event!

Carnival Row is a nighttime circus of sorts, all but inaccessible when the sunlight shines but vibrant and mysterious by gaslight. The magical street appears seemingly where it wishes, with no advanced fanfare or notice. On the night of February 10th, it will appear off of Diagon Alley where it will remain for just over a week; the last time it made its home anywhere in the British Isles was in 1876! The buildings along the row hold entertainments from fun to fantastical, but also from amazing to awful, depending on one's sensibilities...

Rules & Information:

• There will be only up to four character entries per member.
  
• Signups will last from today until January 31st, with the thread groupings announced on Wednesday, the 1st.
  
• All threads will take place between February 10th and 18th.
  
• Threads will be started for each pairing with your assigned location, however you're welcome to leave that location at any time.
  
• There is no deadline, meaning you can thread at your own pace and still collect the stamp upon completion.
  
• And there are four Thread Roulette stamps available for those who participate and complete their roulette threads! To qualify for the stamp, threads must be ten posts long at least, three of those posts being your own, and it must be concluded and archived. To claim it, please post in the Stamp Station.
